ABD: Automatic Bank Draft -- First month's payment + joiner's fee required upon registration. Membership fee withdrawn from bank account on the 20th of each month. Written cancellation form must be filled out and received 15 days prior to cancellation. Please notify the
Fitness Center of any change in bank or employment that would affect payment procedure.

As an added bonus to being a member of the Fitness Center, we have teamed up with the Merrick County Child Development Center to offer babysitting while you work out at NO COST to you. From 9:00 - 10:45 am Monday through Friday you can take your child over to the MCCDC (pending they have room). Fill out and return a registration form and then call MCCDC to see about getting started.
