Pool Policy

Children under the age of 16 must not use the pool without an adult in attendance (18 years of age or older) OR a brother or sister at least 16 years of age.

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the hot tub

State Law Requirements.

wEIGHT ROOM & FITNESS AREA POLICY

Must be 12 years of age or older to use the weight room and fitness area.

Smoke Free facility

The Fitness Center is a smoke-free facility.

There is no smoking allowed in the Fitness Center building or on the grounds.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your Fitness Center Membership requires a 15 days written notice. Member must notify the Fitness Center Office Manager of any changes in bank or employment that would affect payment procedure.

Lost & Found

Check at the front desk if your card has been lost. Your card may be returned to the lost & found, as well as any clothing items you may be missing.

The Fitness Center Reserves the right to cancel or change classes or any schedule as necessary.

refund policy

Cash refunds will not be given on program or membership fees. Refund credit may be issued under special circumstances. Full refunds will be allowed when classes and programs are cancelled by the Fitness Center.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our promise is to never turn anyone away from the Fitness Center due to an inability to pay. The Merrick County Impact Grant helps make it possible for children, adults and families to participate through membership programs by providing financial assistance during times of need. A waiver or reduction of fees is available subject to facility and program capacity and demonstrated need. Please contact Michele at the FItness Center with any questions.
